Being a recognised Reflexologist she has over 7 years of expereince in the Natural Therapies accumulating numerous qualifications in African & Classical Reflexology, Infant, Toddler & Child Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Seichem Mastera, Reiki and Metamorphic Technique. and Shamanic work. She has assisted many people through their journey with pregnancy, digestive related difficulties, depression, bereavement conditions, stroke, menopause, muscular and skeletal problems, including jaw, back, neck, shoulder and hip related difficulties, arthritic conditions, insomnia, chronic sinusitis, hormonal imbalances, strokes and a host of other conditions including cancer Her most recent training infant & toddler reflexology which she trained, in opening up a .
If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be to trust your instinct. There are so many healing modalities out there, it is very tempting to try them all. If you are drawn to one particular therapy, go for it. But do your research and find a practitioner you feel comfortable with, someone you can see yourself opening to, as this will increase the chances of you having a wonderful healing experience. The pratitioner is but a tool, a channel for the Divine. But the truth is, all the answers you seek are within you.
Patricia's Complimentary Therapy journey began in 2003 studying Reiki following some close encounters with some very challenging life experiences, from which she mostly learnt, are a result of a lifetime of lifestyle habits and belief systems. Following Reiki, Patricia went on to study, IET, Secheim, Reflexology, Metamorphic Technique and Indian Head Massage. She continues to study other modalities and therapies. The aim and vision of this website and her work as a therapist, is to assist others with some of the information she has experienced and gathered over the years, with the intention on enabling people to have a better grip of their reins towards improving their own health and wellbeing.
Patricia has always believed that information is for sharing, and of course does not proclaim to have all the answers to all the problems.
